We all celebrated as the Bayside Trivia night finally went ahead on 19th November
Oh, what a night
Thank you to our Terrific Trivia Duo, Judy Eyles and Anne Cotsell and their team, for the wonderful effort and perseverance for the Bayside Trivia Night.
It would have been so easy to have pulled the pin with so many lockdowns from June to November. But they made it happen with 165 Rotarians family & friends joining us for a fun get together.
Quiz master David Cotsell, kept us on our toes with a multitude of questions, some easy some hard, but all fun, thank you David.
Wonderful to see five of the local Rotary clubs support the evening, helping to raise funds of $9500.00 for Mental Health and community groups and projects in Geelong.
The Smartest Club Challenge was won by the Rotary Club of Geelong. Congratulations to President Beryl McMillan who was thrilled to accept it on behave of the club. The Geelong club will look after the perpetual trophy for 12 months until next years Trivia Challenge
Thank you everyone that joined us, donated goods, purchased goods in the silent auction, made a bid for that special piece you wanted or bought a raffle ticket.
Everyone made a difference and made the evening a success.
